Tbh that would sound like a very reasonable reaction. Being t told that your family is corrupt and bribed into doing shit and then being told you're part of that same corruption and only being used? Being told they care more about what mortals can offer them instead of acting on morality. Probably the way Nia was conceived. Her mother offering her body in exchange for something. Guess even God's should use protection against pregnancy... Not that I'd expect them to care anyway. They can just dump their mortal asses back out of their world and not have to sorry about child support and the like.
Quite how did Miyuri expect her to handle it? People only want the truth when it isn't painful.
@Quadrant: It would be reasonable if Miyuri brought this up for no reason. However, what Miyuri said is a perfectly appropriate response to Nia's remark that the gods don't let evil stuff happen. Effectively saying that her tragic past is a lie.
Although the remark that Nia is a product of payment to him was kinda uncalled for.
One way or another, the statement "Don't blame my family for yours" is unfair when she herself brought up the matter that gods don't let evil stuff happen.
"My family would never let this happen."
"But they did."
"Don't blame this on my family!"

Also, are you sure the payment was sex? It is entirely possible the payment was SUPPOSED to be carry that god's child.
